Great fight scenes!

I love the clang! Clang! Crack! Wack! It’s a whole lot of smyting going on at times. Some teen emotional drama but mostly action. Only one plot hole I could find through tgis series: why is Gwen not trained in psychic defenses? If psychometry one of her main powers, and her enemies have used that against her, how has there not been a class for her in that? I wonder about that.. maybe there wasn’t enough room to include it? Or it was included by the author and then the editor suggested editing it out? I ❤️ Jennifer Estep’s books—I’ve read nearly all of her series and this one doesn’t disappoint! I especially love the interwoven bits from her spider assassin series. I wish I could go visit The Pork Pit IRL.

Good book series 

Really enjoyed the whole series. Some of it was a little predictable, but I still really enjoyed them. I also recommend other Jennifer Estep books.
