Read by Geraldine McEwan. This classic story has been loved by millions of children since it was first published over 40 years ago.
The doorbell rings just as Sophie and her mummy are sitting down to tea. Who could it possibly be? What they certainly don't expect to see at the door is a big furry, stripy tiger!
Well spoken.good choice of actors. Extra words (describing the pictures) can be confusing when you go back to the book.
This read-aloud story has great music, sound effects and voices to keep children engaged. Fun and entertaining, we enjoyed it!
excellent judith kerr audio book as you would expect. highly recommend for 10yr olds and under
My (almost) two year old loves the book. She is not sure what to make of audiobooks yet!
My only criticism would be that the narration would benefit from more animation.
This is a beautifully narrated story. My granddaughter loved it . It has become one of her favourite bedtime stories. Her best bit is when the tiger eats all the buns . One to buy if you are looking for a great book .
loved the story and the narrator made the story very clear
overall I enjoyed the book
loved it. my son was enchanted and immediately listened to it twice. well read and really nice story
A lovely story enjoyed by daughters. Humorous and entertaining. Lovely music and good sound effects creating the atmosphere. Read aloud very well with some good voices for different characters. Enjoyable
My kids are thoroughly enjoying being able to listen to this favoured story at bedtime. Beautifully done.
Very well read, I liked how there were different readers doing different voices.
My two year old even liked the intro tune.
Money well spent :)
