Beautiful & moving, an important American story
This book should be required reading for all American students. I laughed, cried, and thoroughly enjoyed this audio book. The reader's performance was impeccable, I have no complaints. I'm so glad I have this in my audible library!

My wife and kids first read it for school. They loved it! my wife said it was one of her favorite books ever. Knowing how many books she reads, I thought I had to see what this was about. Listening to the audio version was just right for me. It was addicting cause I just kept listening everyday. I can also concur with my wife, one of my favorite books ever!

Outstanding!!
I’ve re-listened to this book many times and every time I am captivated by the story of the Logan family!! The performance by Lynne Thigpen kept me right in the story! I recommend this book to anyone looking for a good read, a story of perseverance, overcoming and there are some great morals taught here!!

Hard to Believe
Hard to believe this was part of America’s past but it was. Injustice has been part of our civilization and will always will. Yet we can all learn feom the past so we won’t repeat it. The audio version is phenomenal.

Such a great story and narration was spot on
I read and loved this book as a child and purchased the audio version for my daughter. The narrator did a fabulous job throughout. It was nice to experience the Logan Family journey again as an adult together with my daughter.
