Publisher's summary

Popular children's author Katherine Applegate launches an entertaining new series featuring Roscoe Riley, a good-natured first grader whose own rules can't keep him out of mischief.

In his first adventure, Roscoe shares a simple rule: Never glue your friends to chairs. But when he finds a bottle of Super-Mega-Gonzo glue in the junk drawer at home, he can't resist tossing it in his backpack and taking it to school.

Critic reviews

"Roscoe is an appealing, lively kid whose story is both entertaining and thought provoking (adults may want to review with kids the meaning and repercussions of permanent glue)." ( Booklist)

Great lessons from the time out chair he was glued to

Great lessons from the time out chair he was glued to. I wonder how he and all his friends had come unglued. It never told us how in the story. It was fun to learn all the rules. That glue is very strong. It was a great story.
