Publisher's summary

Poor Lenore! None of the other animals at Bedlam Farm welcome her. Even Rose the border collie is too busy to play. But Lenore refuses to give up, and when she licks a grumpy ram named Brutus - right on the nose! - an unexpected friendship begins.

lenore finds a friend

Great little 3 minute quickie from Bedlam Farm and Jon Katz. Love his tales from the rescue farm and this was just too cute. So glad Lenore found a friend.

Cost vs Value for a 3-minute story

Any additional comments?

This was a very sweet book that teaches a lesson in persevering and being nice. It would be a good story for a child feeling left out.

I chose this book because of the narrator (Kathrine Kellgren is awesome) and loved her performance as usual. It is just the length of the book (3 minutes) compared with the cost (about 2 dollars if I remember right) that did not feel right.
