Good Old Famous Five!

Both my son and I really enjoy listening to these stories on audio, and we usually have them on in the car. I still like to hear them all these years later, and my son is experiencing the magic for the first time!

Great for Car Trips

My 7 year old daughter has always loved these books so decided to purchase one as an audio book for a lengthy car journey. She loved it, kept her completely entertained for its length. I just wish it was a little longer.

Listening to an exciting story without bad language, bad behaviour or poor writing skills

What other book might you compare Famous Five to, and why?

Nothing - enid blyton is in a class of her own

What about the narrator’s performance did you like?

easy to differentiate between the characters voices.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Always a happy ending for the good guys

Any additional comments?

Easier for children to listen to Enid Blyton than read it often due to old fashion language.
