uneven quality

What did you like best about Curious George Rides a Bike, The Little Red Hen, 14 Rats and a Rat Catcher, and more? What did you like least?

The stories were mostly good and my 3yo son enjoyed them. 14 rats is a strange story - there may be something missing, but it starts off with one scenario and then abruptly shifts to a different setting. The quality of the readings varies - 14 rats sounds like it was recorded in the 30s. Curious George is done well enough, as is the Dinosaur story, but the Red Hen also sounds quite old fashioned.

Worth the money

For the money, you can't go wrong with this one. The narration, background music, etc., are all excellent. Other Curious George titles are pricey, which is why I chose this one. My 3-year-old likes the other stories as well.

Not so big on little red hen and Dino.

The curious George rides a bike is great but the little red hen I can’t stand.the how do dinosaurs say good night is haunting.I just can’t stand it.14 rats and a rat Catcher is questionable but fun.as I have already said, the how do dinosaurs say good night is terrifying,it’s a nightmare.anyway, good book pack, originally wanted curious George rides a bike and tell those dinosaurs to be quite and cook the little red hen.mm,mm

Perfect for the younger crowd

My 6yo and 4yo LOVE listening to this book. I wish there were more Curious George stories but this collection is fantastic. The narrators are wonderful.

Middle dinosaur story terrible!

We hadn’t listened to the full audio book before letting my daughter listen to this before bed but trusted it bc it was lumped in with curious George which she loves. Huge mistake!!!! The story called “how do dinosaurs go to bed?” Is terrifying! The music and noises in the background are not pleasant. No wonder she was screaming and terrified and had trouble going to sleep. Very disappointed in this set of stories! Hopefully she doesn’t remember this and have repeated nightmares!
