Kind of...okay?

I suppose this was a decent adaptation for kids. Our boys are all under 10 years of age. But I just couldn’t handle the speed at which the story moved. Twenty minutes in out of 60, and just entering the volcano. Things happening one after the other. I would have much rathered a three-hour version with more detail, more suspense, more beauty of expression. If you want the Cliff Notes version, here it is.
