Ultimate Kettlebell Workout

As an instructional book this is a great listen. The author included easy to understand descriptions of all of the exercises accompanied by well chosen.This book is not only suitable for the novice, but also for the more advanced exponent of kettlebells. Anyone starting out kettlebell training should give this book their first consideration.

Good Information, Little bit confusing.

This is a fairly good book. It was focused totally on women, which is good, as kettlebells are just for women only. I got most of what I wanted from it.

Just have to use It! :)

Good for newer people. Very good informative book on kettlebells. I like that it had tips of the exercises that helped a lot. I like the workouts. Some seem to repeat themselves. It could be organized better though.

Get Ripped With Kettlebells, The Easy Way.

Great audiobook for working out. This is what I use when I don't have time to run to the gym or just do not feel like being around people. Just grab your kettlebell and rock out while you sweat your butt off!!!

Helps a lot!

I am new to kettlebell exercises. I have decided to do some research before starting and I purchased this book with the intention of finding out more. I have surely learned a lot and I really

Some of these KB workouts include rep ranges that I find ridiculous, but that's exactly why I like them. As much as I love structuring my own workouts, allowing others to do it for me from time to time, forces me out of my comfort zone...and that's what it's all about. I will get a lot of use out of this book. Thanks.

Kettlercise is good for you!

Whilst the basic exercises form the basis for kettlebell training there is a lot more to it. The author is very enthusiastic and inspirational and the tips are clear and instructions detailed. As a start to Kettlercise this will get you going.

Started Kettlebells

The Partner and i have started the Kettlebells and will hear how it goes it feels comfy and easy but its a good book. It's also a fairly short workout that takes little room and equipment. Really enjoying it.

Exceptional audio, great book

Really use the provided workout tables. Not something that should prevent one from the kettlebell though. I enjoyed learning new tips to improve my diet and embrace kettlebell. Zoe has shared so much about embracing her inner strength thus enabling many others to do the same.
