helpful book

I have been fascinated by the idea of going keto and vegan since past two years but I was not sure about going keto or vegan, but after listening to this audiobook, I think I might try keto as well as vegan for at least 30 days as this audiobook presents a good diet plan, I think this must just be the right time for trying keto

This is a simple yet effective audiobook on keto and vegan diet, the contents of the book are simple to follow but are helpful, the 30 days challenge is also easy to follow and is doable. Veganism is good for a person's body as well as for nature, I liked the fact that vegan is also included in the audiobook and the recipes mentioned are mostly vegan as well as keto
