The guide is nice. Every recipe has one or more photos all in color. There are useful tips and tricks. I chose to buy it on here because it was more affordable than the Audioguide store like watching cooking videos online.

Prescribed!

The recipes in this book guide taste delicious; they are flavored just right for my taste buds. My keto journey began in February; my goal was to lose abdominal fat healthily, so I didn't want any recipes that replaced the foods that made it impossible for me to lose that belly fat; pasta, listen, desserts, etc.

Great Narration

I absolutely loved the book. I have tried to do keto several times but it never worked out, until I read this book. Not only did I learn how to efficiently do a ketogenic diet, but I also gained knowledge about overall health in general. In the book, it’s explained how to overall better your health by teaching you how to get good sleep, gives insight on your circadian Raytheon, and much more. It also gives you the proper dosage for your electrolytes as well as how to stay stress-free and intermittent fast. The best part about the book is that it thoroughly explains everything in great detail from everything from nutrition to how your body works.

Great starter book

Great starter book for those interested in trying out the Keto. So we all heard the craze about this new diet, however, the information I found was pretty intimidating. This book was really good at explaining what Keto actually is. The recipes are super simple and you probably already have the ingredients in your pantry. Definitely recommended for newbies looking into the Keto diet.

This book is AMAZING

This book is AMAZING!! All I THOUGHT I knew about KETO has been smashed! GREAT book! It is FILLED with information on your body, digestion, hormones and many health issues that can be addressed through KETO. For me this book is liberating, I FINALLY feel like I understand KETO and will be able to succeed where I had stalled and failed before. Understanding the need for the balance in dietary fat so that your body's fat HAS to be burned was eye opening!!

Terrific intro

This is a terrific intro into the ketogenic diet. It tells you what you need to remove from your pantry and what can stay. And it tells you what you need to stock in to get started. You don't have to be an expert cook to whip up the recipes either - and they're pretty delicious.
