THE BEST!!!

This educational cookbook is perfect if you believe that vegetables are key to a healthy life and if you want to explore keto recipes that are free of bovine dairy, Even though I know the keto diet will be great for weight loss, I had concerns about creating truly nourishing meals until I came across this resource.

I love her style because she follows a whole-food diet / organic approach and backup the information with studies. The book is very well organized, includes excellent charts that simplify the information .Overall, the book is great for knowledge, and the recipes are great for someone more familiar in a kitchen AND cooking for more than one person.

The keto diet does take a leap of faith, you must be fully committed. Recommend you read the theory and find some recipes to get started. It’s written in a very simple way to read.

Definitely recommended

The recipes are super simple and you probably already have the ingredients in your pantry.The book also has helpful indexes with a three week shopping lost and detailed caloric values and links to recipes that don't seem too out there to make.
Definitely recommended for newbies looking into the Keto diet.

Awesome

I highly recommend this book for those who have been following a ketogenic lifestyle for a long time to learn some new recipes to spice up our life, and to make life a little easier. For those who are just in the contemplation stage, or who are ready to begin,this book is best for everyone.There is not a huge variety of ingredients you need either. If you've been doing keto already, you probably will have most of the ingredients they call for. Most ingredients are readily available in the store or on Amazon. So glad I bought this book!!!

Amazing!

The recipes are simple--most contain only a handful of affordable and easy to find ingredients, and along with all of the other guidance offered throughout the book.This is a great cookbook for anyone who is interested in starting the keto diet but doesn’t know where to start .Finally, I very much recommend the audio book. This book helped me better understand.

This book helped me better understand what I am doing and gave me better guidelines to follow. It provided a much better understanding of the diet as a whole. I would definitely recommend this book not only for those who want to lose weight but for anyone who wants a healthy life.
