EXCELLENT

This is a terrific intro into the ketogenic diet. It tells you what you need to remove from your pantry and what can stay. And it tells you what you need to stock in to get started. You don't have to be an expert cook to whip up the recipes either - and they're pretty delicious.

I highly recommend this book whether you’re just starting out or have experience with this way of life. Other books I’ve tried to read required a masters in some area of science to understand it all. this book is an easy and interesting read, for the everyday person.

The recipes look pretty good. I loved the first section of the book which is basically the Keto encyclopedia. Leanne does a great job of describing Keto and various methods to implement it. I'll admit I have not used even one recipe from this book

Great and useful techniques!

This is for hardcore Keto dieters as the recipes are very complicated with - what I would imagine to be hard to find ingredients. I would love to return this book to Amazon but it would probably cost me more time and effort to send it back then to just throw it on the shelf and let it collect dust.

I think my favorite thing about Leanne's approach

I think my favorite thing about Leanne's approach and methodologies is that she includes ways to make the keto diet dairy free friendly. I don't have diary sensitivities, so I appreciate the fact that the recipes are laid out with tips to make it either dairy free or not. This is fantastic because most outlined keto diets are heavy with fat that comes from a lot of dairy intake.

This is my first experience with a Keto Diet; I've done Atkins several times. This diet is far superior to Atkins because of the focus on nutrition and quality of food. I've been doing the Daily Fat Burner (the one suggested for nursing mothers) plan and much to my surprise it put me in ketoisis the first week, even while I enjoyed fruit throughout the week.

This book really helped me decide if I wanted to try Keto and how to do so in a way that works for me. I need more veggies in my diet but including “carb-ups” means I don’t lose weight as fast as some. For me, it feels much more sustainable this way and I am losing about a pound a week.

The books have lots of good information, but it's too rumbly. The first part of the book repeats over and over how great the keto diet is. The author is young and the book is written just like a teenager speaks. This doesn't detract from the conten
