This is a great keto book. It covers all the basics, the foods you should eat and not eat, the implications for women in particular, and so many other things.

Interesting

I always thought the whole concept of the ketogenic diet was interesting. The way they treated seizures and cut down on sugars and carbs. This guide tells you all about it. Nothing wrong with it.

A good one among the crowd

There are actually way too many bad audiobooks around, but this is definitely not one of them. Learning so many new things about this idea was informing, to say the least. It was a breath of fresh air. I genuinely enjoyed it.
