Who Knew Ketogenic Recipes Could Be So Delicious

I do not think I will be missing anything on this diet primarily because of the recipes in this book. They all look so delicious. This book explains how the Ketogenic diet works and give examples of meal plans that work with the diet. The book has recipes for appetizers, soups and stews and salads. Main dish recipes include those made with beef, poultry, pork, lamb and seafood. There are also ways to make sauces and condiments, vegetables and more in this book. I love that the author gave many "faux" recipes for those of us that might find it hard to lay off the carbs. There is fake mashed potatoes, faux potato salad, macaroni and cheese with cauliflower instead of pasta. I've tried about 20 of the recipes so far and all of them are delicious. The zucchini fries are a favorite of my family along with the tater tots that are not made out of potatoes at all. The only thing you won't get from this book is weight gain because all of the recipes work with the ketogenic diet to make you lose weight and eat healthier.

Burn Fats And Acquire Energy With Ketogenic Diet!

Ketogenic diet is a low carb,high protein diet that can generate great changes in how your body acquires energy and burns fat. Everyone wants to have a fit body and maintaining one is quite difficult. Buying this book is one of the best decisions I made. I have really learnt a lot and I have already shared some of the knowledge learnt here to some of my friends. The purpose of ketogenic diet is to trigger ketosis which is a physical state in which the body relies on ketones for energy. Ketogenic diet has some advantages including more energy,mental performance,Blood pressure and Cholesterol,Acne,Fewer hunger pangs etc.Grain and sugar are things you are to avoid completely to achieve benefits of ketogenic diet. You will also find some helpful Keto-friendly ingredients that I have used and have worked out for the past one month. I highly recommend this book to everyone who wants to have Ketogenic diet. Ketogenic Diet Guidebook

I’ve been following the Keto diet for some time now. I wouldn’t say I know everything about the diet, but I knew it made me feel better. This book is a perfect starter to figuring out the diet. Susan explains what the Ketogenic diet is and how it works in great detail. It’s always important to know how a diet works before attempting it! The recipes in this book are mind blowing and yummy. Each recipe comes with nutrition facts, so you know exactly what you’re putting into your body. Everything about this diet is substituting what you already know you like with something healthier, and Susan stresses that in this book. This book is a MUST read if you’re starting the diet, on it currently, or even just want new recipes for your collection.

Ketogenic Diet Truly Works

I've been implementing a ketogenic diet for about a year, so I'm glad to get some fresh recipes! This book helps me use familiar ingredients in fresh ways. I especially like the recipes that utilize things like ghee and avocados, fat sources essential to this diet, yet not frequently found in "regular" cookbooks.

The narration is also clear, so I'm able to follow instructions as I work, pausing where necessary. Job well done!
