This book is splendid

This book is splendid. I inclined such huge numbers of successful things from this book. I chose to attempt Keto when my doc let me know whether I didn't watch my weight I'd turned out to be diabetic. Haven't thought back! What's more, this book has been my guardian angel! Such a significant number of scrumptious formulas! Supper, snacks, sides, all that I require is in this book. With the healthful certainties recorded for each formula, I know precisely what's going in my body. I generally feel full, and the nourishments I'm eating up are heavenly. An absolute necessity have! very basic explanation

This book gives a very basic explanation of Keto and a lot of great, easy prep recipes! We did the first weeks meal plan and figured out what we did and did not like and easily exchanged our dislikes for other recipes in the book. There are some typos regarding the amount of ingredients listed in the weekly shopping list, so be sure to verify the list against the recipes. Prep fat bombs, cookies, and lunches over the weekend.

I love all the information

It was too confusing and hard. Until I got this book. I love all the information. It’s a keto bible for me and I am so thankful for it. I have a lot of digestive issues bad enough that I’ve had 2 surgeries and was still having issues. 2 days following the classic keto diet in this book and I feel the best I have felt in my life. The recipes are not difficult and I don’t like to cook. Takes me about a hour a recipe.

Great recipes here


The ketogenic diet remains the popular today, moreover, in my opinion, this is the best diet that can preserve health for many years. I bought this cookbook because I was looking for a book where there are about 666 recipes so that I can easily make breakfast or dinner, or dessert. There are great recipes here, and I cooked only two dishes: chicken in sauce and cheesecake. The cooking time corresponds to the instructions in the manual and both dishes are to my family's taste.

Amazing

This book is amazing! Adrienne narrate in such a way that is easy to understand. The first half of the book is her helping you to learn more about the ketogenic diet, the science behind it, types of fats, and all sorts of helpful things. I have never made so many recipes from one recipe book.

A must have!

I decided to try Keto when my doc told me if I didn't watch my weight I'd become diabetic. Haven't looked back! And this book has been my savior! So many delicious recipes! Dinner, snacks, sides, everything I need is in this book. With the nutritional facts listed for every recipe, I know exactly what's going in my body. I always feel full, and the foods I'm devouring are scrumptious. A must have!

Perfect narration

I enjoyed listening the book from the beginning. The author has explained her depression over the early years of her life and how she evolved from it. I think most of the readers will be able to relate to her story easily. Then she described about keto diet and an excellent meal plan which found excellent and i can follow that straight with some minor change.
The recipes are good and well explained with ingredients and instructions. I found them easy to cook and they really really good. it was a pleasant read and an worthy purchase. thank you.

Good beginner book for Keto.

The author was informative and had a strong knowledge on Keto. I loved the many substitutions for recipes and ways to cook the meals. Beginning of book was very educational with fundamental on low carb meals and the end of book provided excellent resources (blogs, websites, links, conversion tables, food calculators, etc). I feel like this book has equipped me to be knowledgeable and successful with my new Keto low carb journey. Highly recommend this books to others.

Really well done

It's really well done. Beautiful illustrations, a very thorough and comprehensive guide to every aspect of keto you can think of, and also great recipes (all dairy free with the option of subbing in dairy). Even if it had no recipes, I would still highly recommend it. From types of fats/oils, to how to make nut milks, to different types of keto, to what to expect from side effects, etc. Just incredible

This book is great

This book is great, very informative! I knew the basic concept of keto because I've been doing it since January...but this gives you the history, breaks down exactly how beneficial it is for mind and body.
