Excellent

As is the case with many cookbooks, their estimated times are bit unrealistic for someone cooking on a coil stove, but they give you good instructions on what the end goal is so you don't have to worry about timing.

My wife is vegetarian, I am not.

This cookbook is beginning to turn me to the green side. All the recipes are well laid out, easy to follow, and typically don't require a ton of exotic ingredients.

This is my everyday go to cookbook for my family

This is my everyday go to cookbook formy family meals. One of my daughters is a lactose-intolerant vegetarian, my son is a lactose-intolerant and gluten free meat eater, and my husband, daughter, and I enjoy all types of food.

I love this cookbook

There are simple dishes and more complicated dishes but all are flavorful and satisfying and all recipes are appropriate for either a novice cook like myself or a more experienced cook like my husband.
