This is the book that helped me institute the keto

This is the book that helped me institute the keto lifestyle correctly and successfully. Yes, it was about weight loss for me but also about healing and this wonderful book is helping me get back to that. The recipes are also fabulous and easy. I have been making my favorite recipes in repeat since the book arrived. I feel inspired again to take care of myself. Like it.

Anyone can make breakfast or lunch vegetarian, but my wife and I struggled to make dinners that were both vegetarian and filling/ satisfying. We are not vegetarian, but are trying to scale back on the amount of meat we eat. This recipe book really shows how to make delicious dishes with well developed flavors and you can use the techniques in here on lots of other recipes to make them vegetarian or to make them taste better.

wonderful guidebook


Keto Vegetarian Cookbook such a wonderful guidebook. This book step by step guide very useful for me. I am following this book all of the instruction I really benefited. This book really hits the mark in terms of being easy to read and I am in agreement in the idea of eating whole foods and healthy meat products in limited amounts. Overall, I especially like the spiral binding and am enjoying learning about a mostly plant-based keto plan.

It's a perfect weight loss guide for everyone


It's a perfect weight loss guide for everyone. I believe that dieting should be fun and my most liked being the ketogenic diet because it allows you to eat well, with fun and with love. However, to win on this part, you will consciously have to place health at the forefront while you work way into reaching dietary goals. for me, which as weight loss and a healthier lifestyle. I think that's the best guide forever. Overall great!

As a rule sharp this veggie lover keto low carb


As a rule sharp this veggie lover keto low carb manual.I was very satisfied to discover that practically a large portion of the book was point by point keto content and the other half was plans. I eat meat and my sweetheart doesn't and isn't keto. The plans in this book are an ideal method to get ready dinners we both can appreciate. I wish there were more photographs, however so far everything has been astounding, so I'm not uncertain about attempting any of them.

At last a real keto vegetarian book! I been searching something like this for quite a time. Tried some of the recipe and i must say, they are delicious. I slanted such tremendous quantities of effective things from this book.These formulas are very flavorful.I love this book.I truly appreciate perusing this book.This book extraordinary cause all of this books tips are really helpful. I would must suggest this book to anyone. Whatever, thanks to author and must recommended for this book.

There is a detailed explanation of Keto eating and most people think of a diet as something they do to lose weight and the Keto diet is also a healthy maintenance eating plan and it is healthy and the recipes are flavourful and tasty and this is a good book to start with for people who wanna try going vegan and i have been following this meal plan since a week, and i can easily see the difference now, what I really like about this book is that each day meal plan is divided into breakfast, Lunch and dinner meals and there is no mess, so, i don't feel overwhelmed with lot of recipes and plans and i tried almost recipes ,each and every recipes was fantastic and easy to make and it is perfect for me, i will recommended it for my mother hope she also love it.

This book is a great reference for both those new

This book is a great reference for both those new and experienced. There is a lot of references at the start of the book on how to prepare different veggies and some staples you may want in your kitchen. I knew this book was big when I ordered it, but I was still surprised at how huge it really was. I let my meat eater boyfriend flip through it and there was several recipes he even pointed out that he would like to try and make. Most of the recipes seem to call for "normal" ingredients I can get from my local super market as well, which is always a plus. I would for sure recommend this book to anyone who is vegetarian, or at least looking to add some more veggie dishes into their life.

Whenever you need foolproof

Whenever you need foolproof, 100 % working directions, look inside this cookbook, it will help you a whole lot giving you everything you need to get from your daily kitchen chores. I decided to follow keto a while ago and needed a cookbook to know how to stick with it. Now I have more than ten cookbooks thanks to the Kindle Unlimited, and this one is probably one of the best among them.

Entertaining keto


I’ve been considering this specific cookbook for a long time but I wasn’t sure I will be able to follow these directions or work with these ingredients. Turns out keto cooking is much more simple than I thought it would be. Not only this cookbook is a well-designed one, it's a well-organized one just as well.

This is the way I eat now

Something about these recipes just got me excited! I’ve been cooking like I'm in love and enjoying it! It never happened before. I seriously disliked cooking before but will not anymore thanks to Audrey Wilson cookbook! My family looks and feels much better as well! I NEVER see myself going back to how I ate before....

Perfect vegetarian

Perfect vegetarian meals to make you feel like a real cook!! I have been on the diet for a long time and this cookbook gave my diet a second breath. What a fun to have - no one will be able to say any more vegetarian cooking is not tasty! This is the proof healthy recipes CAN and WILL be tasty!

Tasty keto - RARE!!

Plant-based ketogenic diet is the thing I know how to appreciate! It's been easy to follow and interesting to go through. I've been meaning to get closer to the process of ketogenic diet cooking and it's specificities - looks like this cookbook has almost anything you can possibly need to make your cooking tasty.

Creative keto cookbook

I decided to begin my keto with breakfast recies. The first ones were Donuts and Chia Pudding. I wonder how Donuts can be considered diet and healthy food BUT it looks like Elis has her own way of looking at things.... It's an interesting, easy to follow, well-made and creative cookbook to own.

KETO perfect in its simplicity

I love this cookbook, it explains everything about the keto diet and vegetarian style of cooking including all the tasty and all the healthy recipes. It talks about possible meals, menus, ingredients, nutrition. Nothing more to ask for from a cookbook. I'm glad I've made this choice – it's perfect in its simplicity and the home feeling these foods give. I can't wait to cook through all these recipes!

Overwhelming vegetarian selection

follow instructions

Not only is it a cookbook but it’s a guide to a successful ketogenic lifestyle. The only thing you have to do is follow instructions and get those results you've been hoping to get for a long time now... Can't wait to try many more of these meals!

Some of the recipes produce unexpected results but I love them anyway because they are well-made and well-organized and I have to tell you that the overall impression is positive. This vegan cooking cookbook is full of interesting and useful surprises; I think it will be one of my go-to's for a ocuple of months from now - that's for sure. I recommend you to try Morning Coffee shake - so groovy!
