Nice book

My final verdict after loads of vegan and vegetarian ketogenic cookbooks being released over the last year, this is one that has become a staple in my kitchen. This author knows her kitchen and provides the best recipes I have seen so far! It makes my keto vegan diet a lot more enjoyable!

The keto diet, in the keto-vegan diet you will have to drastically reduce your intake of carbohydrates by replacing them in this case with vegetable fats (which will account for 70% of your diet). Plus, you will have to reduce your intake of protein (which will have to be kept below 20% of your calorie requirement). Your metabolism will go into ketosis and you will be able to take advantage of the potential benefits of the ketogenic diet.so its highly recommended .

Some of the awesome features include: delicious vegan cheese recipes, nutrition information for each recipe that generally fit well into my keto diet, the use of mostly whole foods, Allergy information has been added for each recipe including a chapter offering substitues, and soy free and nut free recipes.

well cookbook

Delectable plans! Possibly issue I had was that when I entered the plans into my keto application the carb sums were unique in relation to in tbe book. I wouldn't fret, as the plans were completely tasty. The front issue was edifying too.

Exactly what I needed!!!!

Great book with allergy options!

Good that soy, peanut and nut allergies are considered here. The author includes substitutes and replacements for the most common allergens. I enjoyed most of these keto vegan dishes and I have a peanut allergy. Also, many recipes include yummy pictures that help with cooking, I sometimes need that to keep me motivated to eat healthy!
