Great for vegans too

It also has a lot of helpful advice on how to deal with issues that may arise as your body transitions from sugar burning to fat burning. This book is so easy to read that it makes it possible for anyone to be keto!

Awesome cookbook

I admire everything written in this book. I have learned how to prepare keto meals like a pro. I will no longer worry what to cook or prepare everyday for my family. If you are lazy to prepare great dished to prep, then this is the perfect book to have. In this cookbook, I also learned how to take stress out of dieting and cooking. Saving time and energy is very important in my life.

The best Keto cookbook ever

I was searching for a good keto cookbook for a long time and finally, I found what I was searching for. After long-term searchings, I understand that this cookbook contains everything I need. In this cookbook, I found the detailed information about Ketosis and all the benefits and tips to have the needed result. There are some wonderful recipes in this audio book, complete with the nutritional values which is very important to me. This book is a nice foundation to start a Keto way of life. Amazing book

Amazing book! I tried Keto last year and gave up because it all seemed difficult and the research online was not the best nor accurate. This book tells you everything you need to know about the Keto diet. Despite the recipes not having pictures just reading them they sound amazing and pretty simple. I love this book and recommend all to purchase it if you are trying the Keto diet.

Great! Good information on the Instant Pot

Great! Good information on the Instant Pot. The recipes I have tried have been great. The layout of the recipes is excellent, allowing for easy reference during cooking. The timing charts are very useful, and I think better than the ones that came with the IP. Easy to read and follow. Still learning about my Instant Pot and this helps qreatly. I like it

Keto Meal Prep is really good! This book is that the good guide to fancy the art of employing a Instant Pot Cookbook. of these recipes ar saved with straightforward ingredients and straightforward cookery directions. I love this book, I use it all the time

I love this book, I use it all the time. The recipes are relatively easy, usually taste really good and I'm able to make a variety different meals just by adding in a few things occasionally to my grocery shopping. I tried following the meal plans for a couple weeks but I found them a bit inconsistent in terms of the number of meals available. For example, if I followed one of the plans one week, I felt like I had enough food. I love the variety of recipes and that all of the nutrition information is included.
