Easiest, tastiest and best prep book ever written.

Best meal prep book I have EVER used. Not only is it beautiful, it is well organized, practical, and all the recipes are simple and super tasty!!!! I love how it is layed out and uses all the ingredients purchased for that week. There isn’t an excess of food, just the perfect amount. I love how she also has a build your plate at the end of each week so you have ideas on how to use all the meals you cooked. I’m beyond impressed and this is a MUST buy.

Awesome cookbook with easy to follow recipes

Meal prep is such a blessing for my family of 6! The concept of making all of your meals in one or two days is time saving. Teaching Me New Skills!

I've been more or less eating keto-friendly meals for most of this year so it's nice to find a new resource for fresh recipe ideas. The recipes in this book are so easy to follow and most importantly, are delicious! Also, I'm not the best at meal prepping so its been useful in helping me learn how to manage this better! It's definitely helped me be more efficient with having meals ready when life gets busy during the week!

Amazing!!!

I greatly appreciate the well organized set-up of this cookbook with the vibrant photographs and wealth of information/tips!!! Thanks to Instagram as well because that’s where I first discovered Jenny Castaneda. One day I decided to send her a message through IG thinking she may not reply. Surprise!!! She replied and has continued to reply/comment on every single message I’ve sent her. Recently I went on a trip to a different state to visit family ... naturally took this cookbook with me as I had just received it and wanted to try a few recipes. Well - now I’ll be ordering another one for myself because my original book stayed with my daughter in AZ!!!

Truly a MUST BUY!!!!!

This book is AMAZING!!!! It’s everything you’ll ever want in a cookbook: great recipes, easy instructions, & lots of pictures! I’ve lost 66 lbs so far on #KETO and I can’t wait to add these recipes into my kitchen arsenal. You must try the sheet pan kabobs and the chicken adobo! SO GOOD!!!!! Yummy recipes

Lovely keto meal prep

I love the information in this book, the structure, nutrition tips meal planning and such. My favorite recipes are classic deviled eggs, spinach and cheddar muffins, French style strawberry omelette, and Italian style eggs with mortadella bits. I received this book

Easy and delicious recipes!
