Highly recommend!

I hope this guide will help everyone. I enjoyed listening to the entire cookbook. My very favorite thing is the break down of carbs, proteins, fats, etc. For each recipe, I am making it very easy and straightforward to track for yourself. Also, it gives options to make recipes vegetarian and dairy free.

Great! Good information on the Instant Pot. The recipes I have tried have been great. The layout of the recipes is excellent, allowing for easy reference during cooking. The timing charts are very useful, and I think better than the ones that came with the IP. Easy to read and follow. Still learning about my Instant Pot and this helps qreatly. I like it

Lot of valuable information gathered in this book!

This is a great helpful guidebook for me. This was my introduction to the ketogenic diet. This is easily one of the best keto Vegetarian audiobooks I have purchased. While I am not vegan, I have to cook egg and dairy-free because of food intolerances. If you are new in this way so this guide will give you perfect guidelines. Great job!!

Fast and easy meal prep recipes.

The formula's are anything but difficult to pursue and the ones that I have attempted so far are exceptionally delectable. With everything taken into account it's a decent book that I would prescribe to anybody hoping to give the Keto diet a go.After following the writer's recommendation I have lost 9 lbs off my body. I am additionally eating more advantageous and began working out too.Wish I read this sooner since I haven't felt this incredible in a very long time.

good one

I purchased this book because I’m on maternity leave and would like to stay keto. Normally I cook every day, but it’s harder now. This book gave a lot of ideas on how to cook things ahead, use fewer dishes, gives ideas for paleo keto, and other options on how to make the recipe different. There’s no pictures, which can deter some people, but I’m ok with it. This has made it easier to stick with keto, have delicious meals while doing minimal work and clean up. We even had some of the ingredients for a few meals in the freezer already! This is my go to book right now

This is where you should begin...

Although the Ketogenic diet is gaining in popularity, it is still very much h under the radar in a broad sense. This book looks at the science behind the Keto plan, and explains why and how our bodies are designed to be fuelled by fat, rather than the carbohydrate narrative that is a popular mainstream opinion.
Over the coming years I expect the ketogenic diet to become more mainstream, as people come to understand the logic, and begin the realise some of the health benefits that are outlined in this book.
Some great ideas for meal plans are included here, and some good advice on how to keep the focus in the early stages.
Overall, this is a superb place to start for anyone who wants to take the first steps towards a healthier body.
Highly recommended.

Keto Meal Prep is really good

Keto Meal Prep is really good! This book is that the good guide to fancy the art of employing a Instant Pot Cookbook. of these recipes ar saved with straightforward ingredients and straightforward cookery directions. All directions ar terribly careful, simple to follow, with full-color pictures of each finished dish. Love love LOVE this book! Nice

I love all the recipes and step by step guide.

I found this book very helpful. It was very informative a d gave me lots of good ideas about what to eat. I appreciated the dietary I formation provided before each recipe.
Absolutely accurately help everyone avoid cravings for small snacks during the day. Overall this is a great book.

I like it! Very impressed with audible book.

The book is clear and concise and contains recipes in the back of the book. If you are disciplined enough to be able to fast for two days a week, it will work wonders for you.
The cookbook will be useful getting ready great solid suppers without the additional calories from oils or splashes. I gained more from this cookbook than I did from the guidelines and formulas that accompanied the Keto Meal Prep Cookbookr!
