It motivated and inspired me !

What I like about this book is that it keep me motivated and inspired me that I can do it, following meal plans is pretty interesting for me as the details are categorized in Day to Day for each thirty days there are Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner recipes that are tasty and with some new ingredients combinations!

This guide for the beginner!

This guide for the beginner. I also a newbie. I think that's the best guidebook forever. That is why meal prepping is so useful and time-saving. A lot of great ideals of easy, tasty and nutritious keto meals with instructions on how to prep and store them. This book is an entire variant and gainful also in giving you exact data about recipes and diet!

Amazing recipes!

It's a great guide for everyday meal prep. This book has added a lot of recipes, which can be prepared quickly and helps to reduce weight. I like this book. I found a delicious recipe in this book which is very healthy and my family likes it.

Keto foods look fun and tasty!

This book is an amazing guide to a nutrient dense and simple approach to keto. Nutrient dense keto is the way to go, in my opinion - many people do "keto" but go about it the wrong way. The recipes and info in this book is very solid and will get you going with keto in the right way!

Loved it!

Great tips and tricks for going keto while still feeding a family the same food and not losing your mind. Living keto adapted makes one feel a lot better and have more energy. Buying this book and following it will be the best thing you ever do for yourself. Each and everything in the book has been depicted essentially to help you in executing this eating regimen and making the most of its formulas that can be effortlessly arranged. I really loved it!!!

Making Meal Prep Easy!

This book is splendid. I inclined such huge numbers of successful things from this book. It was a simple perused. This is a major in addition to for me, particularly during games season when amusements/rehearses run late and you need a quick feast on the table. I presently have sound alternatives rather than an unfortunate feast. I adore that the plans are for the most part straightforward, solid, and made with available fixings.!

It gives options to make recipes and dairy free. The recipes look easy to follow and give a lot of variety making Keto foods look fun and tasty! The photography is beautiful! Amazing recipes!A great book about the basics of keto. Keto Meal Prep has fantastic recipes that are easy to prepare and delicious to eat. This cookbook has so many recipes that it may be the only one you need. There is a lot of information, everyone will find something new for himself.

WOW!!!

Good info for beginner in Keto prep. The cookbook is easy to read, explains Keto lingo in a detail manner (really nice for someone starting Keto for the first time), colorful, and informational. I really enjoyed reading through the entire cookbook. My very favorite thing is the break down of carbs, proteins, fats, ect. for each recipe making it very easy and simple to track for yourself.

I'm obsessed with this meal prep book. It's easy to read and follow with great recipes. My personal trainer said THIS is the book to get to keep your nutrition on track. All of the Keto Diet recipes, tips and guides that I need to know about how to prepare healthy and delicious food for my family and friends and stay healthy lifestyle are already included and well-illustrated inside

Great User Guide....!

This is a phenomenal gala prep plans.I guarantee two or three dining experience prep plans and this is by a long short the best one.I love the information in this book,the structure, sustenance tips dinner orchestrating and such.This book nuances is genuinely bewildering.In the wake of examining this Book I am entirely intrigued.The writer begins off with presenting the keto diet and all the essential stuff you have to think about it.At that point,he proceeds onward to supper preparing thoughts and keto sustenance records which is significant when dinner preparing.

Informative Book...!

I purchased this book because I’m on maternity leave and would like to stay keto. Normally I cook every day, but it’s harder now. This book gave a lot of ideas on how to cook things ahead, use fewer dishes, gives ideas for paleo keto, and other options on how to make the recipe different. There’s no pictures, which can deter some people, but I’m ok with it. This has made it easier to stick with keto, have delicious meals while doing minimal work and clean up. We even had some of the ingredients for a few meals in the freezer already! This is my go to book right now.

I would be recommended this book.♥

Lovely! Nice one! I may be one of the few people who did not buy this to use as a cookbook. I bought it because it's a great, detailed manual that walks a novice through every function of an Instant Pot. In fact, I wasn't really keen on any of the recipes, and have other cookbooks for those. I just wanted lots and lots of information on my new IP. This fits the bill nicely. It's divided into sections by function, it is written clearly but not dumbed down.

Amazing book
