This book is well written, easy to digest.

This book is well written, easy to digest the information and it works! Just started a few days ago and I already have lost 2 lbs. I was so reluctant to eat butter and whole eggs but I am so glad I tried it. I will post more weight loss info as it happens. Please don't wait to start losing weight easily! and feeling great!
