This book helped set me on my path with Ketogenics, thank you for your work and sharing of information. As feedback, the only thing that would have made it better would be to have the option of a PDF download for the initial list of basic foods, the recipes plan - it is a lot to write down as well as time consuming to have to keep rewinding. Narration is very good.

Awesome book with shopping list and EASY, delicious recipes. This book is great for anyone wanting to get started on low carb/ketogenic but is not sure where to start. I also bought smack fats ketosis strips to go with it to help me know when I am actually in fat burning mode.

Just what i needed!!

The diet outlined in this book is clear and to the point! The recipes are very nice. If you have cooking skills and knowledge it is easy to be creative with them! She explains thing very well and I felt it was a clear jumping off point to a life of low carbs!

glad I picked it up

Good guide for people new to the ketogenic diet. Very informative and I can't wait to put what I learned to use in the near future. This diet makes a lot of sense. Happy I picked this one up when I did. Well put together diet book!
