Dieting audio book

This keto diet book is awesome Wow...this book was such an easy listen and I think is a MUST listen for anyone wanting to start the keto lifestyle. It's kind of like a keto "bible". It clearly explained to me the keto way of eating and living. I loved the personal antidotes and myths/facts. This book is the essential guide to the Keto way of life. If you buy only one book to learn about Keto, this should be it. It's well researched and very approachable and is the perfect foundation for those new to Keto and want to do it correctly and it's an invaluable resource for those already keto but who want a deeper dive. Amazing

This book is amazing! Adrienne narrate in such a way that is easy to understand. The first half of the book is her helping you to learn more about the ketogenic diet, the science behind it, types of fats, and all sorts of helpful things. I have never made so many recipes from one recipe book.

Ketogenic diet is well explained. The book also shows how this kind of diet works. It discusses the benefits that this diet could give. And it provides a step by step guide how to do it effectively. It also provides recipes that are very easy to prepare and very delicious. I would definitely recommend this book not only for those who want to lose weight but for anyone who wants a healthy life.

Explains the science and biology behind Ketogenic


This book is my “go-to” for current information on health and on living a well-formulated ketogenic lifestyle. There’s certainly a lot of conflicting ideas out there about how to eat and live “keto”, but Britt Wells has a proven track record in working with many clients over the years and they do their research—and stay current!
Some of the information is technical, but Writer does a really good job of making it understandable for us less tech-minded folks.

There are so many great recipes that fit into a small cook audible. I loved the coconut porridge with strawberries, and even my son wanted it after a bite and skipped his processed cereal. The onion rings with kale dip were to die for.
