Nice! it worked end of story middle aged weight loos isn't just about diet but life style and this book covers it well Haven't felt this good in decades. Good book!

It has lots of recipes I won't make.

It has lots of recipes I won't make. I could've found most of this info online... But it was cheap so whatever. I listen it once.... And than just referred to support groups on fb and such since. I found those to be more useful.

This is a terrific intro into the Keto Diet for Beginners:. It tells you what you need to remove from your pantry and what can stay. And it tells you what you need to stock in to get started. You don't have to be an expert cook to whip up the recipes either - and they're pretty delicious. It would be nice to have more pictures of the recipes, but even without them I love this book and am glad I bought it
