I love this book!

This book is great. Strategies are very useful, book give a lot of tips. My husband uses this book as a tool for weight loss, he doesn't have much obesity but wanted to lose a couple of kilos and for him, it fit just perfect! Great job by author.

Great learning book on Keto Diet. If you want to do a keto diet then get this book. This book is great for beginners. The book is beautifully presented. I would recommended for this book. Extremely thorough guide to the Keto Diet for Beginners. I wish it had more examples though. Really loved this book.

Great book!

This book is awesome. I slanted such tremendous quantities of effective things from this book.Impressed with book. I've attempted a couple of the formulas as of now. This is an extremely supportive and valuable Rapid Weight Loss for the beginners. I was truly shocked by seeing what number of basic proposals gathered in such a short book. Maker finished a sensational action. I'll undoubtedly recommend this book to my friends and family. Thanks to author.

Love this Keto book.

I the last 3 moths I tried 3 different diets. All of them worked because I wanted to lose weight. But more importantly is that I didnt feel that good doing those diets, my energy dropped a lot, no motivation at work. And now I noticed this Keto book on audible and I decided to try it. What I understood was that Keto diet is probably the best diet /lifestyle for me, because am keeping my weight on pint with this diet, I feel light and strong, just wonderful feeling. I highly recommend this great book!

Let’s lose weight

Interesting diet!

Keto diet or better to say Ketogenic diet is the most interesting diet to me. It has a great low carb strategy in my opinion, and for me, for example, this method works well as a weight loss tool. Looks like I eat same amount of food but I am losing weight on a daily bases.

It's helpful Keto Diet For Beginners. If you were decided to start on the keto diet program, you must listen and study this book very well. It gives you a great introduction of keto, essential info and some important reminders that might help you achieve good result on weight loss. I like this beginner’s guide book.

Enjoy people

O would say enjoy the result, but to get the results, only book will not help you automatically. This diet book will only serve you as a guide, all the good job you have to do yourself. I got an amazing result from the Keto diet, so I think that everyone will get those as well.

Nice.

Super important book to have in your library, I listened to this book twice. As a beginner its very
important for me to understand everything and use correctly, but it’s a pleasure, the book is so nice.
Highly recommend, you guys will et results using this book!

Recipes!

I best part of this book are recipes in the end, to listen to recipes is kind of boring but they taste really well. I feel way lighter when I started to eat and mix less carbs in my diet, lost some weight as well. I am really happy for purchasing such a great book!

Amazed.

I am amazed how a body can change when you take one macronutrient away. I got leaner , vascular in such short period of times, it is 3 weeks since I am doing it and I already see a quit big difference. Thank you for great book!

Sience behind Keto approach is very deep. SO I trust these scientist and tried this diet myself, and you

The best way

Keto diet and intermittent fasting are the two big ones now. This book is about Keto and it also recommends Intermittent fasting. I read both book and enjoyed both, Intermittent fasting for women, I think they a have a bundle of two. Recommend!

Didn’t understand.

I did not understand the purpose of this low carb diet, I have heard a lot of dieticians talking that avoiding carbs can be damaging in the long run. But anyway, not paying attention to these opinion book is high quality, really well narrated and well put together information. Thank you!
