Recipe book

This contained a very quick blurb in the beginning about the keto diet, then the entire rest of it is recipes. They are all being read to you so very difficult to track. Would be much better in hardcopy, plus needs a disclosure that that’s what this is.

Easy to follow. Recipes are full of flavor and good for you. I have looked forward to the release of this book. It exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it.

I have been in a ketogenic diet for over a year, I have read good books that helped me to get rid of some of the weight I needed to loose, but for some "unknown" reasons I could not made my body to loose more. I tried different sources until I decided to buy this audio book. This has been the most eye opener guide to show me my past mistakes and how to remedy them. Love this book

At first I though the instructions and guidelines will be a bit hard for me to understand but I was wrong, the author was able to explain everything in detail so even a beginner like myself was able to learn everything I need to know about keto.

This book is great, very informative! All you need to know about Ketogenic Diet, intermittent fasting and even Mediterranean diet is all covered here. A very comprehensive book that includes extensive information about the concept, including the method, recipes, a plan for several weeks, and conclusions. I really appreciated this!

This book is incredible, educational! All you have to think about Keto Diet, irregular fasting and even Mediterranean eating regimen is altogether secured here. An extremely far reaching book that incorporates broad data about the idea, including the strategy, formulas, an arrangement for half a month, and ends. I truly valued this!

I decided to try Keto when my doc told me if I didn't watch my weight I'd become diabetic. Haven't looked back! And this book has been my savior! So many delicious recipes! Dinner, snacks, sides, everything I need is in this book. With the nutritional facts listed for every recipe, I know exactly what's going in my body. I always feel full, and the foods I'm devouring are scrumptious. A must have!

The formulas are entirely straight forward and simple to pursue. I don't think the eating regimen is extremely useful for a novice however. This eating routine ha numerous devotees who effectively shed pound with it's help and improved their health.Easy to pursue and really basic fixing on Keto Diet Cookbook!!This book is an unquestionable requirement have!I exceptionally prescribe this book. I valued the book trustworthiness!I highly recommend this well informative book.

The book also shows how this kind of diet works. It has been really helpful in starting the Keto lifestyle. There are a great variety of recipes in the cookbook as well. I would recommend this book to anyone who is seriously looking into alternative eating habits for weight loss. I have seen the results and want to give it a try.I am following this book now I can make lots of healthy meals. It’s helpful for weight loss effectively. I like this book. I like the recipes in this cookbook, it has a good variety of meals and methods of cooking. There is a detailed explanation of Ketogenic eating. Most people think of a diet as something they do to lose weight. The Ketogenic diet is also a healthy maintenance eating plan. It is healthy and the recipes are flavorful and tasty and most are easy to make as the author gives good directions.Great book for beginners, with lots of useful information... thanks for writing such a great, detailed, easy to read & understand layout!! .... love it!! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Each recipe has its 5 main ingredients, not 5 ingredients total in the book. My favorites are the jalapeno bacon egg cups, shrimp and avocado salad, and the Parmesan baked chicken.

Lots of simple, tasty recipes with ingredients (if you are doing keto) that you probably already have on hand. A lot of the recipes do have more than 5 ingredients, but those are usually salt and pepper, butter. Normal cupboard, fridge items. LOVE the pancake recipe and the peanut butter cookie recipe. Anybody should be able to find recipes that you can get on the table in a short time. Pretty sure this cookbook, will be a favorite.

If I could give this book 6 stars, I would. Jen somehow made my transition to Keto the easiest, and BEST thing I’ve ever done for myself. My family gobbles up her meals with no leftovers to spare! Don’t waste a second trying to decide. BUY. THIS. BOOK

This book has it all! The recipes and ingredients


This book has it all! The recipes and ingredients are simple and accessible, and I actually want to eat just about everything in here. I’m following a strict Keto profile (20g of total carbs a day) and I can eat many of the recipes here; however there are a large handful that have too many carbs for me at this point. If you are doing net 20g or even moderate Keto just about everything should be right on track for you.
