An excellent choice for Keto beginners!

I found this audio book to be very beneficial to my Ketogenic diet goals. This audio book helped me understand the Ketogenic more better compared to other Ketogenic audio books out there. It's a great guide for getting you started off on the right foot. It provided useful tips and tricks to help you enjoy and sustain your Ketogenic diet journey.

Great Source.

This audio book has been the best tool ever for me on this change of lifestyle. As a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist through it's really hard to go against the grain of what I've been taught. This author has really opened my eyes and led me in the right direction of High Fat eating. I've always known sugar was the devil but now, with all the facts, I know I'm not going to play with the devil anymore.

Awesome book.

This audio book is definitely what a keto diet beginner would need. It has all the important "need-to-know" to get started with the keto diet. It has lots of good information and it’s easy to understand which I think is very important. I learned a lot from this audiobook compared to most other Ketogenic diet audiobooks that i have listened to. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking to follow a strict Ketogenic diet. I believe in the Ketogenic more than any other and you should to!

This book is incredible for beginners. This audio book does an amazing job explaining what happens during the keto process and teaches you how to make the necessities. Plus delicious recipes! I discovered this book on the Keto Diet to be extremely helpful.

Keto diet at its simplest form.

Wow! I’ve been looking for a weight loss solution and the keto diet is the best! For the first time in decades, I lost 10 pounds in only a few days and I feel good about myself. I’d highly recommend this audio book to anyone who wants to start a low-carb high-fat diet! Keto is a lifestyle.

The author did a solid job in presenting this audio book in such an artistic style that just gets you hooked all the way. It goes deep into keto clarity as well as other amazing benefits of the diet. As a beginner who had zero clue on the keto diet, this audio book did an amazing job in explaining what the ketogenic diet really is, as well as how we can apply it into our lives. This audio book really helped me in preparing for the keto way of eating. Great audio book!

This was a good listen.

This was a nice cut-to-the-chase audio book about the Keto approach to eating for better health and weight loss. This audio book is a must read if you consider starting a ketogenic diet. As the title states it is a beginners guide, basically covering everything you will ever need to know about ketosis and the ketogenic diet. That being said this audio book, was a great pickup. I am a newbie to anything related to this diet, and from listening to this audio book, there is definitely a clearer picture of what to expect!

Simply amazing!

This audio book is a complete guide to a quick Keto diet lifestyle. I was stuck in a body I was not happy with and I knew it was time for a change. And this audio book is the perfect solution to all my problems. I had been doing the advice in this audio book and I can see amazing results in my body. Easy Starter.

A good listen and seems to be a good way to get started on the Keto way if eating. From this audio book you will learn about what the keto diet is, the benefits of it for you, why meal prepping is a good idea and much more. This audio book is great for beginners. We have tried several recipes and they are great. nothing crazy to buy. Highly recommended.

Delicious recipes that are easy in this audiobook

Delicious recipes that are easy to incorporate into everyday life. Last year I tried Keto with a different cookbook and was immediately discouraged. Ingredients were so obscure and expensive, and the recipes super involved and complicated.
