Better from other audiobook

I got this audiobook on my kindle just for the recipes and in bulk. The audiobook has a few good recipes and it let's you click on the blue links while listening and it takes you right to the recipe.

Here it is a good audio book! here is a list of pantry staples to have while doing keto as well which was very helpful to me. Every recipe she has on the menu is provided along with extras.

Get this one

The material and organization are really outstanding, and I think she really deserves an award for this book.There are so many color pictures—First medium sized pictures of the food groups, then big pictures with each recipe and little pictures of all the recipes at the very end.

The recipes look pretty good.

The recipes look pretty good. I loved the first section of the book which is basically the Keto encyclopedia. Leanne does a great job of describing Keto and various methods to implement it. I'll admit I have not used even one recipe from this book, however, after listen the first section, but I didn't need to,

This is THE book to get if you are starting or have been on a ketogenic diet. It's really well done. Beautiful illustrations, a very thorough and comprehensive guide to every aspect of keto you can think of, and also great recipes (all dairy free with the option of subbing in dairy).

Nice book

Great family friendly ideas for The Ketogenic Diet recipes. Easily put together and not too many ingredients. I've only had this book a week and have made 4 recipes already. All have turned out well and everyone has enjoyed them.I like it!

I may to a great degree recommend in case you're inside the commercial center for a weight change of state framework. I did the majority of my arrangement in advance with various frameworks available and you really get extra value for your money with the foodi. Despite everything I want I might want to remain beautiful on the precarious edge of a bearing.
