Very easy to follow

This is an excellent book. It gives an overall description of the diet and what it can do. It starts with explaining, giving hints for success, shopping lists, recipes, and sample meals. Very easy to follow. I started the diet for two weeks and lost weight, lowered my sugar A1c and in such a short time felt like I was more awake, alert, and physically stronger with less ailments.

Perfect informative book

If you want to learn more about ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting to reduce your weight as quick as possible this book help you so much. All the information in this book was so useful for us. I listen this book and i get this book so good. My family love keto diet recipes so that i will suggest this book to my mom. Great one

It is full of healthy recipes, which I love. This book is filled with information and knowledge. It's been a game changer for me to make so big changes in my life. It worked well for me. The most important benefit is that I've lost my fear of hunger.

Started the fasting program and it is working

This book was recommended in an article that I was reading. Started the fasting program and it is working! The info on the benefits of fasting is nothing new, but how he explains this type of fasting that you can easily apply it to your life is great.

With the right information leads into a healthier

I'm interested in learning how to get started with Intermittent Fasting Lifestlye and this book provided me all the information I need so I can do it right and help me eliminate this belly fats of mine. As a listener I am well impress on the author skills in writing definitive guide in Keto Diet and Intermittent Fasting.

This is an excellent book

This is an excellent book, in which every method of losing weight is described in detail, there is a nutrition plan, recipes, recommendations. It was very interesting to read about the ketogenic diet and learn all the intermittent fasting methods. Of course, any diet should be supported by physical exertion, there are several exercises that are not difficult to perform and which do not take much time. It was helpful to read the chapter on what mistakes are and how to avoid them. I still think that intermittent fasting is better for me.

It totally works

After quite some time in trying to lose some weight, I'd given up. But after coming across this audio book it has really helped and I am certain that the Ketogenic Diet is the perfect diet for me. This book has helped me lose weight with ease. Simple and concise audiobook, jam packed with imperative information.

Great resource

This is a very interesting book that will interest you chapter by chapter, you will find both a full explanation of the ketosis process, a detailed description of the methods of intermittent fasting and much more. It explains in simple fashion exactly what you need to do to optimize your health and gives you many resources and good explanations. Excellent book for all who want to get healthy and constantly improve.

Beginner audio book

Easy-to-prepare recipes.

If you’re looking for a detailed book on the ketogenic diet, this is not it. But it gives a great synopsis and explanation of what the ketogenic diet entails, the benefits of eating keto, and includes several tasty, easy-to-prepare recipes.
