This book is for people that want to change their lifestyle to become healthier and reduce their risk of cancer, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, etc..I did a lot of research before buying books on fasting, and this one came highly recommended.

Great resource!!

This is a very interesting book that will interest you chapter by chapter, you will find both a full explanation of the ketosis process, a detailed description of the methods of intermittent fasting and much more. It explains in simple fashion exactly what you need to do to optimize your health and gives you many resources and good explanations. Excellent book for all who want to get healthy and constantly improve.

The full scale supplement balance, tips, benefits

This was a decent book for both Keto Diet novices and for amateur cooks when all is said in done. In this cookbook, you have data on both the Keto Diet and where to begin. There is data on what the eating routine is, the full scale supplement balance, tips, benefits and a couple of hacks that assistance. It was pleasant to find out about this data previously bouncing into another eating regimen.

It totally works.



After quite some time in trying to lose some weight, I'd given up. But after coming across this audio book it has really helped and I am certain that the Ketogenic Diet is the perfect diet for me. This book has helped me lose weight with ease. Simple and concise audiobook, jam packed with imperative information.

Well done! Brilliant audio book.



Done some listening on this topic before, but the books I got lost me as I went through them. This one I am pleased to say didn’t! I am more of a actions person, so I really like it when the book offers step by step instructions and day by day plans to get me going on the keto diet and intermittent fasting lifestyle. Happy!
