Controlling weight

I love this audible. Started my Keto journey June 2018 and with the help of this audible I've been healthier then I've ever been and I've lost 30 lbs. The audible is full of knowledge and it's especially great for women doing Keto.
I found that it has A LOT of info and I was overwhelmed but I feel that is more me than the author.

Simplified Keto!

So far this is the most informative and useful keto audible I have heard. Well laid out, and easy to navigate. And FYI...if you have trouble staying on a diet and losing weight, keto is the way to go. Simplified Keto!

Loved It!

This audible is by the keto expert Samara Kelly, and it is a comprehensive review of the underlying biology and mechanisms of keto. Their concept of oxidative priority is excellent, as is the section on the thermic effect of food, and many other helpful explanations. Loved It!

Really Fantastic!

I have several of Samara Kelly's audible and I can not stress hard enough that if you are thinking about, ready or are a seasoned pro this is a must-have in your keto library. This audible isn't only about recipes, it's filled with invaluable information to live keto on a daily basis. Really Fantastic!
