Overall a good book!

I love this book very much for a beginner on keto diet. It has a complete overview of the diet and also some recipes with pictures. The author’s approach to keto is not extremely strict like others; making it more practical/feasible to follow. She also provided a few different approaches for different levels. Overall a good book!

Keto works!

Gives listeners a good starting point to adopting a high fat low carb diet plan. The author does a good job explaining the terms and gives readers a number of options to follow. Since cutting out many high carb foods, I have already noticed a big difference in how I feel. I have more energy during the day and feel better overall. In addition, I have dropped 8 pounds. Keto works!

Outstanding audio book

I have been following the Ketogenic diet for two years, and have read widely on the subject. In my opinion, this is the best book of its kind.
