A Lot of good Information

Good audible. Hear it and carried it on. I did a lot of research online before purchasing this audible. Samara Kelly is one of the foremost experts on this type of diet restructuring and lifestyle. The diet plan is fairly easy to follow. A Lot of good Information.

Everyone should try this keto diet plan

A fabulous audible! Good information about diet control. but unable to be as strict as Author suggests. I’m doing “21 days on/7 days off”. Works for me. Everyone should try this keto diet plan.

Easy-to-prepare healthy meal plans

As always this audible from the Samara Kelly is so good! Easy to hear, great to understand, and the meal plans are no-cook except for a couple of boiled eggs! I am camping, and this makes it so easy for me to prepare quick meals. The research is sound, to me, it’s the most in-depth keto audible I have heard so far. Must Hear!

I love this audible!!! It put in to clear prospects what I learned in my biochemistry, kinesiology, pathology, and physiology class plus more. Good listen

This book is well listen. Lots of relevant information and the layout is useful. I actually really enjoyed this book. It felt like a lot of time and effort went into it, and a lot of research, which I really appreciate. Some good straight forward advice and info on the keno diet. I have recommended this book and diet to a lot of friends who have noticed my listen weight loss.

This diet that can produce great results If you want to lose weight or balance your hormones. This book provides me with a beginner foundation about the keno diet. I found a detailed analysis of the keno diet and exactly why drastically reducing my carbohydrate intake is key to losing weight and other useful information.

Great book

When I buy this thing after I take in more abstaining from excessive food intake plan. I feel glad from this manual. Elegantly composed by the essayist. Good one

I found examples of what exercises I can perform on Veto and what to avoid so that I do not cause myself injury or harm. This is a varied diet and there are new dishes and foods for my Veto in this book. Whether it is dairy, meat, protein, nuts and vegetables. This is a great book.
