Not bad at all

This book has the elements I was looking for in a ketogenic diet book. I highly recommend this. You won't find things like this everywhere else. Trust me.

Very good

This is a keto book that doesn't contain any recipes, which is what I didn't want from an audiobook anyway. What it does include, though, is a whole lot of information of sub topics you won't see in many other ketogenic diet books. This is the nitty gritty stuff you want to get! Trust me.
