Excellent book

If you're looking for the best ketogenic diet book, then look no further. Almost 3 hours of content and everything you need to know. Really, there is no need to get any other ones, unless that's what you're into. Nice. Cool. Good. Top quality. Now I'm out of words. See ya!

The keto diet!

With over 2 hours of narration, I thought this was a good one. I listened to the narrator and it matches what I was expecting. Good keto book. Loved it.

Close to the mark

Since a lot of books are over 3 hours and cost twice this price, I was looking for something in this price range and found that a 2.42 hour book barely stays below it. So this is the ideal length to me.

About the contents: Yeah, nothing wrong with it. Excellent book on the ketogenic diet. Recommended!

Keto goldmine!

I was listening to this book and yes, it's a great book. You get to hear all the basics, but the author touches on topics you wouldn't think would be related directly to ketogenic dieting, but they are. Everything in here is there to help you with your health. So yes, 5 stars!!!
