Lovely

This is a ketogenic mega book, which everyone who chooses a ketogenic diet dreams of. There are over seven hundred recipes for breakfasts, lunches, soups, appetizers, smoothies, desserts, stews, sauces, broth, dressing and others. I especially liked the keto fat bomb recipes, because these dishes are hearty snacks for me and my family outside the home.

My wife and I just began the keto diet.

I’ve already felt a difference in my physical health after 5 days of being on a keto diet. The hardest part is staying away from junk foods, especially pasta. But every time I get a craving, I just play this audiobook to hear why I should avoid those foods. This helps me change my thinking habits for the better when it comes to food.

Nailed it

I like the book, but the ingredient lists are very daunting with many obscure hard to find things listed. She keeps talking about not wanting to “count calories or macros” due to stress, but it’s stressful just thinking about the grocery list.

This book is a perfect fit- plenty informative

This book is a perfect fit- plenty informative without bind too technical, and great recipes. The biggest fear health care professionals have about ketosis is the risk of it going too far, into a state of ketoacidosis. This happens when your ketone level goes too high, turning your blood dangerously acidic. The recipes are SO good and the meal plans take all of the guesswork out, I​ would recommend this book to anyone!

The book is very well organized, includes excellent charts that simplify the information and can be used as a reference. There is no just ONE way to do Keto and he/she makes sure you know it, listen to your body so you can choose the approach that better suits you. It's interesting to perceive her personality through words. he/she's great!

Beginners keto guide with step by step tips with details instruction to follow. The author did a great job writing this book including easy to follow guidelines with details description of keto which will definitely help a beginner to get the understanding of keto and how to achieve the result looking for. I really appreciate the read and very much recommended.

I highly recommend this book for several reasons.

I highly recommend this book for several reasons. Easy to listen. Not too technical. As an older person, I also liked the larger font. I really liked how they presented the information and gave you a week to weekly meal plans, including yummy snacks. The back end of the book included very organized shopping lists according to each week.

Very useful book

I have been trying to eat with the Keto diet in mind. First off, Keto is so much easier than some of these other health eating regimens. This cookbook was purchased to help me with recipe ideas and to better understand what exactly I can/cannot eat. Very useful book when following the Keto eating.
