I love this book. It made the keto diet exceptionally easy to understand. The recipes included in the book are phenomenal as well. Very detailed meal plan!
This is a great book for Keto Beginners (like myself) The recipes are not difficult or time consuming and once you get your pantry prepped they take a lot of the same ingredients so you aren’t wasting money on items you will only use once or twice! It even gives you a detailed meal plan and shopping list for the first two weeks to help get you started!
