Great scientific information in this audio book

I have learned a lot of information online; however, this book has the information all in one place. There are many graphs and diagrams to help people understand. The science is explained well in simple terms, yet not so simple that someone with a science background would get bored.

There are some great recipes in this book.

There are some great recipes in this book. The only thing you need to know up front Keto is not cheap to start because it's mostly different stuff than you have in the cupboard.

Great content but rambly and sometimes repetitive.

The audio books has lots of good information, but it's too rambly. The first part of the book repeats over and over how great the keto diet is. The author is young and the book is written just like a teenager speaks.

Must have if you're looking to live a happy

Get this audio one for keto diet

The material and organization are really outstanding, and I think she really deserves an award for this book.here are so many color pictures—First medium sized pictures of the food groups, then big pictures with each recipe and little pictures of all the recipes at the very end.

I have NO cravings like I used to have

Has a lot of recipes that sound delicious. I give it a 4 instead of a 5 because she suggests a LOT of very expensive ingredients - seriously, I cannot afford to spend a dozen for eggs but she claims you won't get any of the health benefits of this way of eating if you don't eat pasture raised eggs and grass fed beef.
