delicious Excellent! Lovely to listen

I have tried several diets over the years, this book actually works. I have followed the diet plan outlines and have already lost weight. The book is easy to follow for someone that needs to make a complete lifestyle change. Losing weight or eating healtier requires most people to make a complete lifestyle change. Awesome to read! Mind-blowing

This book really has it all. There are basic instructions on how to do the very classic keto all the way through to her fat fueled plans. Each of the different plans comes with a month of menu planning, shopping lists and choices for each one.

Helpful book

I have listen to a few other books on this subject and this one does a good job making the diet easy to follow. Everything is covered from the history of the diet, the benefits, how to measure ketones, and macro nutrients breakdown. Anyone who is interested in a low carb high-fat diet should give this a listen.
