Just what i needed!!

Our body starts burning the stored fats which ultimately results in rapid weight loss and we start seeing the results of the Ketogenic diet but these results to achieve we have to work hard and make some sacrifices as this book mentions. Short book, but helpful information for those looking for menu ideas for the Ketogentic Diet.This life style means that I won't have to starve myself or go to extremes to experience targeted weight loss.
