Great Info in addition to the recipes!

Love it! Good for beginners! Not just a Keto recipe book, great info from someone who knows that this lifestyle is the best for her body even if it's not easy. Her science background gives a great insight into the why of things too!

Who doesn’t love treats?!

I have every single one of author books, and as always, she never disappoints! These recipes are SO GOOD and SO EASY to make! My family is hooked on the peanut butter bars and my personal fav is the buttery almond pound cake. You would never know it’s keto! Buy the book. You won’t be disappointed!!

Keto FANTASTIC

This book is awesome! I’ve been following this cook for a while now and have a whole pile of her recipes I printed and put in a binder. So nice to have those recipes and more in book format. They are quick, easy to make, and delicious. If you are Keto, or just want healthier desserts or treats this book will not disappoint! Satisfies the sweet tooth with no guilt!

This book is the bomb

I have trouble staying on a diet because I have a sweet tooth. This book makes it possible for me to adopt the ketogenic lifestyle without feeling deprived. I am down two pant sizes.

A Necessity for Keto Life

I have made several of the recipes in this book so far. my twist on the maple nut blondies with choc chips instead of nuts. But all of these recipes are great, tasty, and make being keto enjoyable. The chocolate cupcakes, almond poundcake, and cookie recipes are a big favorite. This is one of the few cookbooks I can say has actually changed my life.

Love author , love this book!

Ive been keto on and off for 5 years and in order to stay “on” its so helpful to have great food. Sometimes you just need something sweet or a treat and there is no one I trust better for good recipes than author Love this book!
This book has some delicious recipes!!! They are very easy to follow, and have all the nutrition info you need for Keto.

Great photos and easy to make

I am so glad I got this book. The photos are so beautiful and I have all the ingredients already. They are simple to follow, with not too many ingredients.
My favorite recipe from this book is the cannoli cream frosting. It is amazing. It was so good I ate it in 2 sittings. I just couldn't stop. This is the book for you if need recipes to satisfy your sweet tooth while maintaining a keto or low carb lifestyle. I would also recommend you look into the other books by this author. She is amazing.

Simple and delicious!

We really like this book! I have not tried all the recipes yet but the ones we have....so good! Easy and delicious!
just got this book so haven’t tried any recipes yet but looking through it, there are lots of colorful pictures of the recipes. Anxious to try many, especially the brownies with mint frosting.

Seriously yummy!

Every recipe I have tried so far has been a huge hit! My son who swears he could never give up sugar is starting to believe he can! knows her stuff! Yum!

Amazing and simple tasty recipes

Mandatory if you love sweets and are on keto

I use this book almost every day! The recipes are really good and have easy to find ingredients. Dont know how I survived without this book before. It has made my life and my keto diet much easier. Ive continued to lose weight while eating recipes from this book.

Great KETO Snacks

this book is amazing .....yummy easy treats.....I have all of author cookbooks and they never disappoint!!!

Many receipts for the sweet tooth.

Helpful in explaining Keto Diet and has helpful recipes for the sweet tooth. Unfortunately, recipes take time so haven’t had many of this book’s offerings.that is great book all about.

Just what I needed!

I was worried about how I’d be successful with Keto because I have such a sweet tooth! I got this book based on the great reviews, and they were absolutely right! This recipe book provides a ton of yummy recipes for desserts/snacks and provides a breakdown of nutrients and macros as well. In addition, it also has a section that goes over what Keto is, ways you can ease into it, how to track macros, etc. I highly recommended!!
