Awesome !

In these recipes there are also preparation time, cooking time, number of servings and relative nutritional values. A very useful book for those who follow the keto diet. There is a wide variety of recipes.

Great Audio Book !!

This is the best guide to get started that I've found and the recipes are really all keto. I bought other books on keto bread but this is the only one valid for me. In the others I found many recipes that were not keto.

That's good !

I follow the keto diet and my daughter is gluten intolerant, so we never eat bread. Now that I've discovered how to make gluten-free and low-carb bread in a healthy way, we won't have to give up! Great audiobook!!

In addition to the recipes, I really appreciated the initial part where explanations and practical instructions are given on how to cook keto bread. There are also valid suggestions for cooking it in the best way.
