This little book is filled with helpful hints

This little book is filled with helpful hints and advise to help one through these difficult financial times. I bought this book at Barnes and Noble and after listening it I went back and bought five copies to give as gifts. I gave one to my sister for her birthday and she absolutely loved it. This is great little book. You can read it in a few hours and it will change your outlook on the economy and give you optimism to handle financial anxiety.

Great book!i could never stay with a tebook style book on this topic, they induced anxiety.but this "put in my purse", take it with me booklet when life's stresses crop up, is my new go-to-guide. i love the tools at the end of each chapter that re-focuses my negative thoughts into easy to follow problem solving techniques

It actually works.Whenever I get stressed, I have listen a chapter. Even if the chapter doesn't have anything to do with my current situation it gives me tools to refocus and and find solutions to my problems.

Great book to get yourself motivated.

Lots of common sense hints about dealing with worry- sometimes too obvious to be all that interesting. Some key points: if you are worrying about a problem that is soluble, think of solutions. If problem too big for you (e.g. climate change) distract yourself. Nothing I disagree with, but easier said than done!

Great book. Lots of information.

I have suffered with mild anxiety for years. Recently I began to have panic attacks. I've looked at other books that didn't really seem to give any true steps towards changing the behaviors that lead to anxiety and panic attacks. I stumbled upon this book at a day spa. It is a quick listen but really helps you understand what you can do at the time you feel an attack coming on to ward it off. Life is a journey, there are no easy answers but this book points you in the right direction.

The book is easy to listen and easy to follow manual for coping with anxiety. I'd definitely suggest adopting the "UNLOCK" model and then modifying it to meet one's individual needs.

I definitely recommend this.

I suffer from debilitating anxiety and it's been extremely bad the past 9 months. This book is perfect. It's Explain perfectly and you can tell that the book was intended as a tool to help people with anxiety. I have a few others by different authors and they're junk. I definitely recommend this.

This book was so helpful.

I bought this book because I just started a job and my anxiety was really acting up. When I finally got home from work I couldn't go to sleep for hours. This book was so helpful. By following he guides and tips I've been able to better manage my anxiety. I'm feeling so much better and so much more secure and confident at work. And I've been able to get a better night's sleep. I would recommend this book to anyone who has anxiety.

I loved this book.

I loved this book; the style of writing is very comforting. I could easily relate to the author's experiences which gave me the courage to practice some of his suggestions and found them to be quite helpful. It is a process to change but as long as you put the effort in and try, you will notice that anxiety can easily be managed. More so a lot of what is holding you back are false beliefs set in motion by your anxiety.

Great book helped me lot!

I wish I would have perused this book years prior! This book helped me have a vastly improved comprehension of frenzy and uneasiness issue. It has truly been an actual existence changer for me. I trust, this book , alongside two or three others, has helped me oversee and forestall scenes without the utilization of prescription.

Fantastic book-easy to listen and I felt like the writer completely understood how anxiety feels and how to overcome it. I've suffered from anxiety before I knew that was it and it can be debilitating. I started implementing the strategies while listening the book and already feel somewhat better. Highly recommend.
