Kazi Boku chronicles the epic adventures of a young man unknowingly charged by the laws of the universe to correct the disharmony of evolution created by Tyrus Hammerstaid, The High Seer of the Temple of Kaal.

Kazi barely survives the seemingly random attacks of mercenaries and crystal-enhanced animals that destroy his friends, village, and family. As he tries to recover from horrendous losses and attempts to lead a normal life, the cosmic pushes events that pit him directly against Tyrus and the Temple of Kaal. Caught in the middle, between unknown enemies, and the cosmic desire to balance the corruption of evolution, Kazi must fight to discover the nature of his foes and the demands of his destiny.

Great listen!

Great match between story and narrator! I was spellbound throughout! The author develops characters very well and the narrator presents them with a keen understanding of each one. As the story progressed I found myself wanting to know more about each one. Fantastic listen right up to the unbelievable ending. I can't wait to hear the next!

Reminds me of R.A Salvatore

Great story. It has an original storyline and the narrator brought the characters to life. Action scenes are well done, in the tradition of R.A. Salvatore. I really enjoyed this book.

Kazi Boku - Great Book!

Outstanding writing by Mark Poyhonen and R. Paul Matty did a super job narrating and I thoroughly enjoyed listening to Kazi Boku. Matty used so many variations and emphasis in the voices it kept me interested to the end. It has a great story line and always kept my interest to the point that I could not wait for the next chapter. Very interesting characters and how Mark Poyhonen vividly describes the settings is quite extraordinary. I highly recommend this book and would like to see more of Marks books put to audio.

Riveting! Great characters, plot, and intrigue.

I don't read a lot of fiction, but when I found out that Mark Poyhonen had a book on Audible, I HAD to get it. Well established characters, great life lessons, intrigue, hero's, villans and, fantastic battles. Someone make this into a movie please!
