  • Some of the companies who work with Kaizen and how we can make sure that we set this up to provide us with the best benefits possible
  •  A look at some of the ways that Kaizen may not work, such as when your employees are not on the same page or when you do not work on continuous improvement all the time
  • And so much more

There are a lot of simple steps that go along with the Kaizen idea, and learning how to make this a reality is going to be so important.

Very general, vague

Very high level, basic, few topics are stretched out and repeat continuously. No practical examples and more of an overview then a book to refer to implement kaizen. Would not recommend this text.

Not a complete book on Kaizen but a book summary.

The book is very high level and touches on subjects on the surface. It feels that it's just a textbook without specific examples that does not really explain things but only lists features and benefits of Kaizen. This book could be compared to just the table of content, very disappointing
