May the journey of 2025 be something that fuels you, be something that gives you strength and endurance. May it be something that gives you incredible ideas and accountability, boundary setting. May it be something that brings you joy, but also settles you in the reality of some of the things that you didn't do well and that you need to do differently in 2026.

Like that's what life is. But it also can be beautiful and brilliant and full of growth and full of beauty and full of the best business you've literally ever had in your doula career…. I want you to do absolutely nothing for the next couple days. Obviously, if you're on call, attend births, right? But otherwise, like chill. Stay in your pajamas. Relax. Don't do business stuff. Don't do personal stuff that you don't have to do. Actually take some time, reflect on last year and dream about the year to come in a way that puts no pressure on you to be productive.”
