Stornoway, Scotland - 1926
On a hellishly stormy night, deep in the semi-barren yet majestic valley of Glen Valtos, a wee bairn is born in a weathered stone cottage. His first cry echoes loudly throughout the ancient glens. However, the wee bairn, Varg Magnusson, carries more than the legacy of his Swedish bloodline. He bears the 'MARK OF SIX.'

Since the arrival of the Northmen in 790 AD, the Magnusson family has been bound by an unbreakable spell, one that began with the tragic death of a Druid male child named Dagda. His grieving mother, Celestina, vowed vengeance for the death of her only child because not long ago she had been forewarned she would never bear another. So, on that very day, she sought the aid of Druidess Kyria, an expert on magic and curses.

From that moment on, the Magnusson clan's fate was set on a dark, irreversible path.

As Varg grows, his life is overshadowed by the horrific curse. He experiences strange and terrifying visions, unexplainable dread, repeated incidences pertaining to the number six, and an ever-looming sense of impending doom.

With each passing year, the curse takes its toll, bringing mental anguish and constant torment as Varg turns from boy to man. While wrestling with forces beyond his understanding, it becomes abundantly clear that the ancient power of the Druids still lingers in these Scottish lands, and as his mark of six deepens, so does his connection to a forgotten history of magic and bloodshed.

Will the Magnusson family ever be free of the dreaded curse? Is there a way for it to be lifted, and if so, is the price of breaking it one that anyone would ever be willing to pay?
